Budō Taijutsu - Bujinkan Hoodie
Budō Taijutsu is the combat system taught by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi in the Bujinkan. It combines the 9 separate ryūha or schools that comprise the martial arts of the Bujinkan.
Ninjutsu and Ninpo Taijutsu are most commonly associated with the Bujinkan however Soke Masaaki Hatsumi uses the term Budo, which means martial way instead of Ninjutsu or Ninpo Taijutsu.
As Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu comes from the ancient knowledge of ninja and samurai martial arts techniques, the term Budō Taijutsu is much more accurate.
Using the Kanji of Budō Taijutsu over the top of the very commonly used incomplete red circle with the overlay of a Tengu who guards a Japanese temple. We use the old style kanji for the designs that are commonly used on Bujinkan Certificates issued from Hombu.
The main design is located on the back of the Hoodie, with the Bujinkan Kanji on the front left chest.
This is designed for those who walk the path of Budo and wish to remind themselves along with others of the ongoing journey we are all on.
