Shinden Fudo Ryū Dakentai jutsu is one of the 9 ryūha that are apart of the Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu taught by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi. Shinden Fudo Ryū was founded by Ganpachiro Temeyoshi in 1130ce. This school was brought from China to Japan by Buddhist refugees.
Shinden Fudo Ryu in English means "Immovable Heart School". This school also includes Hojojutsu which along with taijutsu, restricts the opponent.
There are various varieties of yari, ono (war axe), O-tsuchi (war hammers), and naginata, that are utilized by Shinden Fudo Ryū.
